Germany naija blues

I’m so excited about the warm weather…now don’t get me wrong, I’m a winter gal(except the layering) but living in Nigeria and dealing with the heat while not being able to dress according to the weather (appropriately of course) has made me love summer in Europe all the more!! So of course I’m heading into the main city of Koln in a few hours to do what every sanely bored girl does…shopping.

There’s a group grilling today but sadly I have to miss it as I also have a treffen with a lady I met on a hair group. I completely forgot about that and was so excited about the grilling but that’s OK…..
Anyways my Zug kommt in 2 hours so I need to finish up my chores and get ready so I don’t miss it.
What’s the weather like where you live? Cooling your butt in an office building or home lounging while the kids are in school?

  • I live in Lagos so the weather is nice, hot and humid. I don’t know what all these German terms mean, could you please translate them to English on the side.

    Thank you.

    • At tuke no vex, its my way of blogging. I bet my German audience wish I type in Deutsch!!

    • Lagos weather…hmmm don’t even get me started on the heat. I served in surulere and lived in ajah. Imagine the wahala I went thru for one year. It was not funny at all.
